Venue and Seating Information

SNHU Arena is a downtown Manchester sports and entertainment venue with an approximate concert capacity of 11,140. Its flexible layout can include a concert floor and two main seating tiers, so the configuration may vary by event.

For a close view, consider lower-bowl seats facing the center of the stage. The floor can provide an immersive experience, though the view depends on whether it is set up for general admission standing or reserved seating. Upper-bowl seats offer a broader perspective of the full production and may suit fans prioritizing an elevated overview.

Parking Information

Parking is available in the downtown area, but event-night demand can make nearby spaces competitive. Check current availability and restrictions before setting out, and allow extra time to park and walk to the arena.

SNHU Arena VIP Parking: 555 Elm St, Manchester, NH 03101; estimated $20–$45 per event. Availability may be limited and may depend on event arrangements.

Elm Street Parking Garage: Elm St, Manchester, NH 03101; estimated $10–$20 per event, subject to posted rates and availability.

Street parking is another possibility, but spaces are limited and restrictions vary by block. Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is listed on Elm Street in front of the venue; post-show demand may mean a wait, so plan accordingly.
